the history of why i'm doing this is long and boring and for another post in the future i think, so let's get right down to the point.

I lost 20 lbs. on my own from watching Dr. Oz and Dancing With the Stars. <--It's amazing what you can learn on TV.

I gained back about 10 of those lbs.  I waved the white flag and hired a badass trainer.  I had my first consultation with her on MArch 24th, 2011 and my first training session with her March 31st, 2011.  I'm going to post all of the exercises/recipes on here that I do and hopefully it will help other people.  This is a wacked out lifestyle change at first, but the thinner you get, and the healthier you feel, the harder you go at it.  I promise.
